About the Merseyside Vegan Festival
The Merseyside Vegan Festival is a single-day event running from 10:30am to 4:30pm at Mountford Hall, Liverpool Guild of Students, on Mount Pleasant. The venue is central, easy to reach by public transport, and large enough to host a full range of stalls, speakers, and food vendors.
Every vendor, every food stall, and every product on sale is vegan. Inside the event, the food is safe by definition. The challenge, as with any vegan festival, is the city around it.
Liverpool as a Vegan City
Liverpool has a growing vegan food scene concentrated in the city centre and the Baltic Triangle. The city has several fully dedicated vegan restaurants alongside a wider range of vegan-friendly options across different neighbourhoods.
